• Shipping Accuracy– It refers to “check your billing and delivery addresses” carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to orders that are correctly addressed. We are not responsible for the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided mailing address confirmed on the order acknowledgement
• No refunds – Due to the consumable nature of our product, returns are not accepted. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within seven days from receiving your order. Products once dispatched shall not be returned as such. The Products of the Braize Water are of the premium standard and quality and appropriate measures are taken concerning hygiene and standards keeping in mind consumer needs and preferences.
• Payments – Payments for all products shall be made via cash free platform, which includes net banking, debit/credit card payments or paytm for all purchases made on the website www.braizewater.com
• Damaged products – We take various measures to pack your products carefully so they are not damaged in transit. If for whatever reason, there is a defect in the product in respect of its quality or they arrive faulty, you are hereby requested to write to us at braizewater@gmail.com with a picture of the said product attached. The authorized representatives of the Braize Water will revert immediately on the same per se. In case a flaw is found in the product in respect of its quality, the product shall be returned back to the customer with immediately.
• Product replacement – In the case, a product is found defective; the same shall be replaced within fourteen working days once the request for replacement for the product is approved.
• No cancellation policy – In the case of an order placed by a customer, the same shall not be cancelled as per the terms and conditions of the Braize Water. Once the order has been processed, we will not cancel the same. We have complete right to make a decision whether an order has been processed or not.
